PARK HOME INSURANCE
Home insurance is essential - do not be without it!
There are a number of specialist insurers serving the park home industry and we list a few below. SCOPHRA does not recommend a particular insurer but we do recommend that you use a specialist. Many mainstream insurers of traditional homes will not cover park homes and where they do, they rarely offer the type of cover required.
LEGAL EXPENSES INSURANCE
SCOPHRA strongly recommends that you include LEGAL EXPENSES cover in your home insurance package. This will cover you in any civil disputes which might arise but most importantly where a dispute arises with a park owner you will also be covered. Insurers will usually include a free legal advice helpline and cover up to £50,000 to cover solicitor and court costs. For the small premium charged, legal expenses insurance is a massive investment.
