How to be a Member
If you are a Member of your park’s Residents’ Association and your RA is a Member of SCOPHRA, you are automatically a Member of SCOPHRA.
Membership fees for an RA are currently £60 per annum.
You can also become an Individual SCOPHRA Member.
Membership fees for an individual are currently £12 per annum.
If you are an RA or an individual and are interested in becoming a Member, please complete the Enquiry Form in the Contact menu.
Member Benefits
The main benefit of Membership is access to knowledge and experience. All our Members have different experience of Park Home life and we encourage that experience to be shared and communicated so we can all learn from each other, whether that is how to maintain a park home, how to fundraise for an RA, how to work with your local council and your Park Owners to ensure they understand their responsibilities and obligations under current legislation.
All Members have access to advice and guidance in all related Park Home matters. We have a very active Members Only Facebook Forum (this is a closed group) where Members can raise issues, ask questions, support each other, etc.
We hold regular online meetings with our RA Committees where all manner of issues get discussed in order to share (and grow) knowledge and support.
Due to the work we are doing with the Scottish Government, Members can help shape future policy.
